Once you have read the articles, go to the main CrossFit website and browse through all of the free & open-source information available.
The only way to begin your training at CFJAX is with an introductory session. These are by appointment only - call us to schedule at (757) 348-9200. You may email us at info@cfjax.com to schedule your intro session as well.
FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION
This session is a complimentary 1-on-1 evaluation during which you'll get a chance to learn about what we offer. It's purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. We will then discuss membership options and our Foundations course at the conclusion of your fitness evaluation. The entire introductory session is approximately 60 minutes long. Please wear workout clothes and bring a bottle of water!
FOUNDATIONS
When you become a member, you will first be enrolled into our Foundations classes. These sessions can last up to several weeks depending upon your ability to learn the basic movements in CrossFit. We offer our Foundations classes three times a week, M/W/F at 730pm. All beginners must attend these sessions prior to joining the group classes.
MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
After successfully completing the Foundations course, you have several membership options available to you. These are based on frequency of gym workouts within a week. You have the choice of working out with us once a week (Basic membership), twice a week (Bronze membership), three times a week (Silver membership) or unlimited (Gold membership).
...AND THEN WHAT?
Your journey to Elite Fitness begins! Our group classes are led by highly qualified coaches. The workout and training sessions mimic sport and are highly competitive. You compete against yourself and others for time, points and glory within your fitness level. Consistent participation in the full dose of CrossFit will guarantee continued, drastic improvement in all areas of fitness, health and life!

You may park on Edgar Street, or in the church parking lot. If you choose to park in the church parking lot, please do not park in the assigned spaces.
